Craig A. Redd (credd@integritysports.net):
Craig A. Redd is one of the founding Members of Integrity Sports Management L.L.C. (I.S.M). For the past eight (8) years, Craig has been professionally involved with sports as a Scouting Director for College Bound Student-Athletes, a worldwide collegiate scouting service. Craig has also served as the Director of Football Operations for sports-management.com, a global sports agency dedicated to the mentoring of sports agents and professional athletes. Craig is also a member of International Business' Who's Who. Within I.S.M., Craig serves as the Managing Director of Football Operations. His primary responsibilities include: coordination and supervision of pre-draft and preseason training for clients, research and solicitation of player needs within professional organizations for client placement and tracking professional tryouts, combines and workouts for clients. In addition to his other duties, Craig is responsible for final decisions on all potential clients. Craig is a registered Contract Advisor with the Canadian Football League Players Association (CFLPA).

Jerome M. Douglas (jdouglas@integritysports.net):
Jerome M. Douglas. Esq., the other founding Member of Integrity Sports Management L.L.C. (I.S.M), is a certified agent with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA). Jerome has been a practicing attorney in the state of New Jersey since 1995, appearing in state and federal courts. As an attorney, Jerome has practiced in several areas of law with an emphasis on real estate, criminal defense and litigation related matters. Jerome's background as an attorney, in negotiating hundreds of complex transactions has made him an effective negotiator. Additionally, his legal experience has trained him to examine issues from a different perspective to better represent I.S.M clients. Jerome is the primary contract negotiator for I.S.M. He extensively reviews all contracts before clients sign their proposed contracts. Often, the modern athlete has other financial opportunities during their careers such as commercials, product endorsements, and personal appearances. All such opportunities are carefully considered and discussed between the client and Jerome to determine what is in the client's best interest. In addition to his other duties, Jerome is responsible for the review, execution and enforcement of all contractual matters for our clients.

Robert Douglas (rdouglas@integritysports.net):
Bob Douglas has been with ISM from the beginning. Bob's primary responsibility for ISM is an internal financial advisor. He is the person within our organization who will assist players with selecting the right NFLPA registered financial advisor. Bob has over 25 years of experience as a financial planner and uses that experience and knowledge to screen potential financial advisors for our players. With all the problems that athletes have had recently, with their money not being properly looked after, having someone like Bob to assist in finding the right financial advisor, we feel is essential.

Kerry Writtenhouse (kwrittenhouse @integritysports.net):
Kerry Writtenhouse joins ISM after coming from sports management.com. Kerry was at SMC for 2 years, while with SMC, he was one of their top advisors. Over the past 2 years Kerry has developed into one of the most respected agents at the Arena level and one of the best informed as well. He currently represents and guides numerous players at the Arena & Canadian levels. Kerry's vast experience will be utilized by ISM in a number of ways. His responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: his continued work with developing players at the Arena & Canadian levels; He will also assist in the recruiting of potential NFL clients. Kerry will also be responsible for assisting with client maintenance, preparation of NFL pre-draft training (specifically in the Midwest), and NFL team workouts and correspondence.
